I don’t remember how old I was when I learned citrus fruits were in season in Winter but now I look forward to it every year. January and February can be especially drab and cold so the bright colors and flavors of winter citrus are an excellent pick-me-up. In a season full of hearty stews and roasts, they feel so refreshing.
