I believe we all need a place we can go where we can slow down and find peace. It’s hard sometimes when the world feels crazy but I truly think it’s worth the effort. The break from the rush and anxiety of everyday life (or everyday social-distancing life) allows me to calm my mind and realize how much I have to be grateful for. I have a few favorite places to secret myself away for a few minutes and there I can be alone and find a snippet of peace.
